Any CD-ROM or Single Layer DVD can be duplicated. A master copy must be provided for the duplication process. Terrapin Design is not equipped to edit, transfer files or combine disks-- what you bring us is what will be copied.
Terrapin Design keeps blank discs in stock. These disks are prepared with a white, ink-jet receptive surface for labelling. We prefer to use these disks.
Label Art:
Artwork for the label must be provided by the customer. This includes logos, photographs, line art, and copy. Terrapin Design will assemble the label as part of the duplication process.
Payment:
All orders are COD unless other arrangements are made in advance. Payment by cash or check. We are not credit card enabled. There is a $50 fee for returned checks.
Liability:
Terrapin Design is not responsible for master disks or artwork left over thirty days.
Occasionally, a disk that is non-functional will slip past the quality tests. Terrapin Design will replace non-functioning disks at no cost. The customer must bring in a functional copy as well as all of the non-functioning disks for replacement. Disks will not be replaced unless the non-functioning units are returned.
Minimum Orders:
There is no minimum required.
Copyrighted Materials:
Terrapin Design will not duplicate copyrighted commercial materials such as music albums or movies.
